A Japanese Glazed Ceramic DishA Japanese Glazed Ceramic Dish on Stand The deep Nabesuna ware bowl with a 3/4"H foot measures approx. 10-1/4"D, decorated on the inside with cobalt blue and brown in the image of two hares with moon sitting by the side of a pond, above which is an alternating stripe pattern in blue and brown. The exterior is half decorated with alternating stripes, and with foliage and one bat. The underside has a blue underglaze Fuku mark and incised cross and dots pattern. Paper label on the underside from "Nathan Bentz, Collector Chinese Art, Santa Barbara, Cal."
